One immediate thing you can do is take three Advils (600 mg total) three times a day to relieve the pain.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pain When You Bite Down <\/strong>\u2013 This could be a sign that you have a cracked tooth or a pulp abscess, possibly requiring a root canal or extraction.
